on exciting sports fishing and powerful nature adventures. This is
your chance to live
comfortably on Finnmark Plateau. We are pleased to be able to
offer a well-arranged fishing
holiday including fishing, lodgings and transportation - with the
emphasis on fishing. In no
time at all, your hosts will have taken you to a fishing paradise
many miles from civilization!
Package 1 includes
Transport from airport, fishing license, accommodation in cabin
on the river bank and end
cleaning.
Fishing gear
Bring at least 2 rods - just in case! Where fly rods are
concerned, a good combination is one
class # 5-7 and one # 3 -5. The stronger one can come in
handy where casting conditions are
difficult or if you want to fish with heavier nymphs and
streamers. A rod between 9 - 10 ft. is
recommended for fishing from pontoon boats. For reel fishing
use 5-30 grams rods
depending on what you're fishing with, wind conditions and casting
length.
Bring fishing lines and leaders of various sizes. Leaders
size 0.14-0.20 are the usual. The
chance of snapping a leader is great when the big rough Finnmark
trout pulls on you dry fly!
