Arnøy consists of two islands surrounded by many smaller
islands, and so offers lovely, protected paddling. Navigation is
easy, and the shorelines are beautiful with frequent sitings of sea
eagles, and nice beaches for picnics and walking.

Paddling is possible in all weather, it is recommended to wear
shoes that can get wet and bring along a warm sweater and rain
jacket for shore excursions. A complete list of recommended
